Dear family,

Well this week has been pretty dang crazy. Elder Rodríguez and I had 3 baptismal dates in the beginning of the week all lined up. 3 in our area, and 3 also in Las Choapas, the other area in our district. With all the work we were putting into trying to help these sweet people prepare themselves for baptism, it seemed like all week the adversary was after us. With every investigator, they had some type of problem happen to them. It was devastating. As we expected 3 baptisms, we ended up with none. 'twas pretty rough...

But WOW. This conference was amazing. I sure hope everybody could listen to all of it! I can't remember who it was who talked about this, but I LOVED when they said that we should prepare our families to live in the Celestial Kingdom. Imagine it, we need to make our homes as they would be if we were living in the presence of our Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ. We should have good relationships between our children, parents, brothers, sisters, everyone! How can we expect to live in the Celestial Kingdom if we cannot even keep our relationships staight in our own family? Ahhh it was soo good this conference, let me tell ya. We all should refocus ourselves to forgive each other, be more obedient to every commandment, be true to our covenants we have made, and by far LOVE all as Christ would.

I am so grateful to my Heavenly Father for having sent His servants to this earth, His prophet and apostles, so that we can be more well-directed by His spirit. I love my Savior, I feel His love. And it is my prayer that we all may feel such love, not only from Him, but from each other as we seek to give this love to others. I love you all, and I know that this gospel is true. I know that this is the true and restored church of Jesus Christ on the Earth, led by His prophet Thomas S. Monson. I know those follow His words will be eternally blessed and prepared in the day of His second coming. Take care my beloved family.

With love, Elder Knight
